Equipment and Gym Gear for People with Osteoporosis

In this section I cover equipment you might use for your osteoporosis exercise program. Although the MelioGuide Exercise for Better Bones Program requires a minimum of equipment, there are times when people like the latest gear. I present information on this osteoporosis exercise equipment here. Equipment I discuss includes weighted vests, gym equipment, whole body vibration platforms and other gear.

Many of my clients and readers of this blog use weighted vests to supplement their osteoporosis exercise program. In an earlier blog, I wrote about weighted vests for osteoporosis and we also did a comprehensive review the different brands of weighted vests.

After I posted my review of weighted vests for osteoporosis, I had a number of questions regarding the different vests. With the help of two of my clients we address these questions.  This is the video review of the all of the vests that we tried.
