Susan, I made the chips last night – they were very yummy. My husband, Richard and I were able to eat the entire thing ourselves. Good thing we did not have guests!
They did get crispy pretty fast – I will try lowering the heat to 300 degrees F and cooking them for 8+ minutes instead.
