I guess I am confused. I ordered the program and only received the book. Thought it was nice but where is the other items included in the program? I thought I would get a guide to let me know what exercises to do when?

Hi Sherri – You have to login to your online MelioGuide Exercise for Better Bones account using your email address and the password you provided at setup. I have fixed your account to make sure that your login id is your email address. It was not the case when the account was setup. Let me know how it goes.
